Glazed Meatloaf II Recipe Reviews - Allrecipes.com (Pg. 17)

Meatloaf is something my husband always looks forward to, and he loved this one. I even had to make it without the onion (how did I let myself run out??)! I added a little ground pork to the mix but otherwise followed the recipe. Next time I would definitely start adding the sauce a little at a time to the top while it is baking because I prefer a more baked-in topping. Nice recipe. Thanks!

This dish is so easy, quick, and delicious! My boyfriend and I love it! I used seasoned dried bread crumbs instead of slices of bread, and I added a little bit of garlic to the meat mixture. Fantastic!

Thought it was great. The whole family loved it. The glaze is what put it over the top. I did add some garlic to the loaf but that was the only change i made. Thanks

This was wonderful. I normally always go with our family meatloaf but I tried this for a change. I thought it was perfect as written. My hubby and kids loved it...

I have made too many meatloaf recipes to count and this one was my winner! I am not a fan of meatloaf, but my husband is and he said that this is possibly the best meatloaf he has ever had and RAVES about the sauces. In fact, he ate almost the entire 2 lbs the night I made it and so I made another one yesterday and he has almost polished that whole thing off! (And he is not a big guy) - but he keeps saying he can't stop eating it!! I followed the recipe - but left if in the oven for about 115 minutes until the temp reached between 150 and 155. I also doubled the topping but reduced the brown sugar just a hair (he's not a fan of things that are too sweet). He has asked that I make MORE topping - that that is the only problem with this, the top is good but you are out of sauce for the middle - so next time I will make more and put it on the side for dipping or glazing individual pieces. This was a huge hit!
