unbelievable. My husband doesn't even normally like meatloaf and even he was impressed. The flavor was spot on, not too sweet, not to tomatoey. The only thing I did different was in the middle of preparing this I realized I didn't have any beef boullion cubes. Desperate, I found a pack of beef flavored Ramen soup mix and stole the beef flavor out of that. Worked okay in a pinch! I'm going to be using this meatloaf recipe from now on!,

Meatloaf is something my husband always looks forward to, and he loved this one. I even had to make it without the onion (how did I let myself run out??)! I added a little ground pork to the mix but otherwise followed the recipe. Next time I would definitely start adding the sauce a little at a time to the top while it is baking because I prefer a more baked-in topping. Nice recipe. Thanks!

This dish is so easy, quick, and delicious! My boyfriend and I love it! I used seasoned dried bread crumbs instead of slices of bread, and I added a little bit of garlic to the meat mixture. Fantastic!

Thought it was great. The whole family loved it. The glaze is what put it over the top. I did add some garlic to the loaf but that was the only change i made. Thanks
