Sorry, but I didn't think this deserved the rave review it has been getting. While the meat was moist enough, I didn't care for the flavor and was quite frankly, underwhelmed. I won't make this one again.

This recipe is great. I did make some varations. I didnt use the lemon juice. I added some romano cheese and some chicken broth to moisten it up. I couldnt get my boyfriend away from it. Very moist. I will make this again.

The meatloaf was nice and tender and i don't usually go for anything that resembles a red gravy or sauce on my food but i like this one.

OK. This is THE meatloaf recipe. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The only change I made was to use Italian bread crumbs instead of bread and used 1/2 cup of onion instead of 1/4 because we love onion. Thank you Dehlia!

Very good! I was pleasantly surprises because meatloaf never "wows" me. I doubled the sauce and added the slices of bread to the bottom of the pan to absorb the grease like one reviewer suggested. I will now include meatloaf in my meal rotation!

This is the best meatloaf I have ever made. I love the glaze. I did use yellow mustard instead of dry mustard.

This meatloaf was awesome. I made it last night for my husband and 1 year old son and they both loved it! I don't eat beef so I substituted ground turkey and chicken bullion but left everything else the same. I am not a big meat eater and I actually went back for seconds if that explains how delicious it was!

I was leery about all the lemon juice to add, but it tasted great! I followed other reviews and practically tripled the sauce. (My boyfriend and I are "sauce" people) I also added some garlic powder and chopped green pepper in the meat mixture. I added a couple splashes of soy sauce and a lil of the sriracha thai chili hot sauce into the sauce to add a little heat and counter act all the sweetness in the sauce. Boyfriend gives it three thumbs up!

I have been making this recipe for a couple of years now and it is a big hit at our house. Even those that don't like meatloaf like this one. Other than doubling the glaze, I don't change a thing. If you like a more sweet and sour taste you will like this. But if you prefer a more tomato tasting meatloaf you probably should look elsewhere.

This was very good. Even my 11 year old, who does not like ground beef said "it's better with the sauce." And I agree. Thanks for the recipe :)

A good foundation recipe. I actually added an entire packet of onion soup mix and still found it kind of bland. I also added heaping sprinkles of Tabasco sauce--still a little 'meh.' Experiment with this one. Served with mashed potatoes and vinegared English cucumbers. Good comfort food, great leftovers.

This was very easy to make. It also makes good leftovers as a meatloaf sandwich. It was however a little too zingy so next time I will cut down on the lemon juice.

If there's one thing I know after making this recipe, it's that I'll never, ever put lemon in a meatloaf again. I thought it sounded good, until I tasted it. I gave it three stars, though, because my boyfriend *claimed* to like it. But, the leftovers are still hanging out in my fridge, untouched. If I make it again, I'll definitely omit the lemon.

This recipe is very good & moist, the only thing I would do diffrent is cut back on the sugar when it comes to the glaze on the top. :) Very Tasty

This meatloaf was excellent. I've tried many many recipes and never found one that was enjoyed as much by my family. I replaced the lemon juice in the glaze with balsamic vinegar and with Worcestershire in the meat. (Adding lemon juice to ground meat just sounded weird...) Worcestershire was tangy like the lemon and added that beefy flavor, so I skipped the beef bullion. I also used a combination of ground beef, lamb, and veal. This is a keeper!
