I have made this quite a few times. I double the sauce and I use bread crumbs... but it comes out moist and delicious. I also started making them in muffin pans as mini meatloafs for the kids and they still come out perrfect! Great recipe!!

This meatloaf was very tasty and easy to make. It has become our favorite meatloaf. Is just as good left over and reheated. I did not change anything.

This recipe is supper yummy! It is also great with ground turkey breast. When I am in a pinch, I replace the bouillon and onion with powdered onion soup mix.

I joined allrecipes.com just to rate this awesome meatloaf! My husband has never liked meatloaf and he LOVED this!! Thank you for the wonderful and easy recipe..... I doubled the sauce and used bread crumbs instead of bread and it was great!

I'm giving this only 4 stars because it could have been better had we chopped the onion smaller. If we had done that it would have been a 5!

Really good but a bit blander than I like. The 2nd time around I swapped out the bread for 1c seasoned bread crumbs, swapped the egg for cheese and chive egg substitute, swapped 1/2 of the ground beef for ground turkey (to make it a bit healthier) and added a dash of garlic powder. The glaze should be doubled but is absolutely scrumptious! Give this a try -- it is tasty!!! Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Everything about this meatloaf is good. Very moist and flavorful, not too sweet. When it comes to meatloaf Hubby says "This is number 1!"

I like this recipe because its quick and I have all the ingredients on hand. I've made this twice now. The first time I made it with bread crumbs and extra glaze - it was very good, but not great. The second time, I reduced the sugar and left out the mustard powder as I didn't have any on hand (didn't notice it missing). This is not the best meatloaf I've ever had, but it is a good recipe and I will make it again because its different from the kind of meatloaf I usually make.

My family loves this recipe! It's rare we have leftovers of this deliciously moist and tangy recipe. I follow it precisely as written (rare for me) and it's perfect. Thanks for sharing.

I'm giving this 2 stars since it was not what I expected and my meatloag loving husband and son did not like- two sweet(alhough my daughter who hates meatloaf and loves sweets loved it. It was sweet(not what I like in meatloaf) and the bread was cooked in clumps(even thought I cut into tiny peices. If you like sweet main dishes, this one is for you

This was very good... a little different from your normal meatloaf. My husband gave it 4 stars... I'd give it 5. I think it might've tasted better to let it sit a little longer than I did. The only difference I did was use almost a cup of crushed saltines instead of the bread. Thanks for the recipe!
