Mustard Glazed Corned Beef

This is a great tasting, tender corned beef that you simmer in seasonings then glaze and finish in the broiler. Great tasting and a nice alternative to the traditional boiled corned beef. So easy and only a few ingredients.

Brisket is simmered on top of the stove with vegetables and pickling spices, then topped with a honey mustard glaze, and baked in the oven. Lentils seasoned with chili sauce are a highly recommended accompaniment.

This is an excellent recipe for party sandwiches. I always make 2 (and sometimes 3) briskets because it goes so fast.

Corned beef is covered in Irish stout and brown sugar then slow roasted in the oven until tender. This St. Patrick's Day staple is so good your friends and family may request it all year long.

Irish Boiled Dinner (Corned Beef)

Mouth watering tender corned beef with corned beef flavored potatoes, cabbage, and carrots. This is my great grandmothers recipe from Ireland. This was served with both Irish soda bread and corn bread at our house.

This creamy corned beef recipe is easily transformed into a delicious appetizer when served on toast triangles or used as a dip for bread sticks and cheeses. The amount of beef may be doubled.

This recipe takes time but you won't be disappointed. Give yourself a little luck o' the Irish with this Americanized version of an Irish feast. Serve with butter and Irish soda bread.
