This was a nice glaze. Fresh or frozen snow peas were not available at this time of year in my area, so I used fresh green beans instead.

The only thing I did differently is used baby carrots, as that's all I had on hand...and that wouldn't affect the taste. This recipe is super fast and easy...and tasted wonderful.

I used just carrots and made the glaze as directed... I tripled the batch for ten... not a carrot left!

I was thrown off by the "microwave" way so I used the stove-top AFTER I softened my carrots in the microwave. I don't usually like taking short cuts. This went over very well with the family and we will definitely make again. I really dig the brown sugar glaze and doubled that part of the recipe tonight. And I used a small amount of a yellow onion rather than green.

This is the best! I don't care for cooked carrots, but had a bunch fresh. I went looking for a glazed carrot recipe & came across this one. I also happened to have fresh snow peas. My kids and husband loved it. I made it two days in a row. Excellent recipe!

This recipe was pretty good. My daughter and husband wanted to make dinner together, and were looking for a glazed vegetables recipe. I found this. It was good, and we will probably make it again!

This was a great recipe! The favor was excellent. I used sugar snap peas instead and used real butter... yummy! At first I didn't think the "dressing" was going to be enough to coat, but it was the perfect amount. Will definately make again.

These turned out really good. I didn't use the microwave method, though. I did them on the stove. Quite good.

Great! I made it with snow peas and red peppers becuase that is what I had on hand. Very quick and tasty. I reccomend using real butter because you only need to use a little and it make the sauce so good. My family loved it!
