I can't believe I haven't reviewed this recipe yet. I've made it for several holiday dinners. I do use baby carrots just as a preference. These are fantastic and I've been asked for the recipe several times.

yummy! i doubled the amounts for the sauce just to make sure they didn't dry out while kept warm in the crock pot! great flavor!

Very good, the only thing I didn't like was the lemon peel...I don't think I graded it thin enough. Next time I make it I will omit the lemon peel.

I thought these carrots were very good. I wasn't sure about the vanilla and lemon flavors in it, but it was great. I used baby carrots instead of carrot coins and worked well. Was just what I hoped for.
