This was super easy & delicious. I didn't have lemon juice so substituted lime juice, but I think the lemon juice would have tasted better. I only had pears in water instead of syrup, so I added a bit of corn syrup to the sauce mixture. I think if I had all correct ingredients from the beginning, this would have been even better. Will definitely make this again

This is the best sorbet I have ever eaten! Instead of freezing it, I put it in my ice cream maker and it turned out perfect, especially with the chopped crystallized ginger! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Needed a recipe that didn't involve an ice cream maker...This was nice and simple, and tasted pretty good.

Delicious! I used an ice cream maker and it turned out great- awesome flavor. I also added about a cup of frozen whole mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries.) The consistency is really good- it didn't harden like some sorbet recipes so that you have to thaw it out a bit before eating it. I am thinking about adding some pomegranate seeds next time I make it. Overall a definite must try, especially if you have an ice cream maker.
