Made these today, and my husband and I both love them. Crispy, chewy and delicious! I didn't measure my orange peel and would probably put a bit more in next time. They are really tasty - don't think they will last long!

I made these to bring to a friend's house. They didn't make it to the next day. Delicious recipe and very easy to follow.

These cookies were FANTASTIC! We followed the recipe exactly "as is", they turned out perfect and didn't last two days in our house. Definitely a keeper!

I tried two recipes, and these were the better ones. They're fantastic! They're chewy and very flavorful, though I did alter the recipe. I used half white sugar, half dark brown. I used about 3 times more spices, along with a bit of nutmeg and a dash of mace, and 1.5 to 2 times the orange zest. I also substituted half the flour for whole wheat flour. Make sure you use blackstrap molasses! :) These are going onto my permanent cookie list.

These are so easy and excellent! EVERYBODY loves them! I did substitute half the white sugar for brown and heaped the spices. They are really easy to overcook because they are so soft when you take them out. I found 12 min. gets you more like a gingersnap consistence and 9 min. gets you a nice soft but not gooey texture.

My new favorite cookie recipe! Cookies are very chewy and moist. The orange zest really gives them the extra kick... I made them once without it when I didn't have an orange and they are definitely better with.

These cookies were simple and yet great! They are good Molasses cookies that have a slight kick in them. I added "mini" chocolate chips in them, which gave it a nice finish

These cookies are SO delicious. I used 1/2 c. white sugar and 1/2 c. brown sugar. I also omitted the orange peel, just because I was looking for a specific flavor. The first time I made the recipe, I shaped the cookies into balls as the recipe calls for. They were really good, but sort of cake-y. I wanted them to be more crispy outside and chewy inside, so the second time I made slightly flattened balls and they came out perfect. I also added a little fresh ginger the second time, which made them really nice and spicy.
