These are delicious, soft, & easy to make. I didn't didn't have time to use cookie cutters, so I just rolled them into little balls & made them into cookies.

FANTASTIC!!!! So easy to work with. I followed a very helpful suggestion from a review on this site and I am glad that I did. I used 2 1/2 teaspoons of ginger and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 3/4 teaspoon cloves. Great taste! I also doubled the recipe with no problems at all. This is definitely going into my cookbook. My grandchildren will love them this Christmas.

These cookies came out perfectly. I followed the directions exactly except I baked them for only 8 minutes. I did double the recipe and we got about 2 dozen cookies. Thanks!

These are so good! They are easy to prepare, great for kids to help, produce nice cutout cookies and the flavour and texture are wonderul. I've made these with my son and he packaged up indivdiual cookies, with candy decorations and small tubes of icing to give to his friends as gifts.

PERFECTION ! Great texture to work with but even better is the cookie itself. Kids love these special cookies. I don't tell anyone how easy this recipe really is.

I edited this to make ginger bread on Christmas. I sampled a small bite and it must have been good because it was gone when I came back hours later!

Delicious! I baked them for 7-8 minutes, and they came out perfectly, firm but moist. Some of the best rolled cookies I've made, very easy to work with. The recipe yielded about 18 gingerbread men.

I used instant pudding instead of ready to cook. The cookies were very easy to make, but I thought they lacked in flavor a bit (even after adding extra ginger and cinnamon)

Excellent. I don't like strong gingerbread so this was a perfect combination of flavors. My daughter and her friends LOVED them. They had fun decorating them.
