This was good. I will make it again. I just used a bag of frozen veggie deluxe stir-fry from walmart (1.88 a bag!) so mine did not have sweet potatoes and I did not have any orange juice last minute so I just substituted lime juice for the citrus. I really enjoyed it though. Baked mine in the oven (healthier). No cornstarch; used the juice over rice.

This is pretty good. You can use any veggies you have on hand, we added peas and green onions and omitted a few veggies we didn't have at the moment. We served it on rice with chicken, and it was fabulous!

Excellent! This is a very quick and easy dish to make. It's so flavorful and my kids just gobbled it up. The only changes I made were I used a tablespoon of crushed ginger and added some cut green bell peppers into the mix. I also didn't want to add the crushed red pepper flakes because if my 3-year-old or 4-year-old would have tasted a flake, they would have went through the roof. So I used a dash of cayenne pepper for just a hint of spice. It was perfect! This has been in my rotation dinners and will continue to be. Thanks for the recipe!

Delicious and very flavorful--I had expected this to be sweet because of the orange juice, but it wasn't. You can really taste the rosemary though and the red peppers. Here's what I changed: I tripled the sauce because I was adding more veggies and added sweet pea pods (1/2 bag), bamboo shoots (1/2 can), mini corn (1/2 can), one sliced up stalk of celery, and water chestnuts (1/2 can). I didn't have the sweet potato, though I think I'll give it a go next time around. I also substituted yellow onion for the red. Other than the mini corn, bamboo shoots, and water chestnuts, all of my veggies were fresh, which I think tastes much better than frozen. Don't forget to double the oil because there are more veggies. I also added in four, pre-cooked chicken breasts, chopped into bite-sized chunks; I especially recommend using chicken because the sauce really compliments it. Finally, to make it a bit spicier, I doubled the red pepper and BAM! A delicious and spicy meal was created. I served it with long-grain white rice; if you have time, use the long-grain rice because instant never tastes quite as good. I will definitely make this recipe again--yummy!

We all thought it was just ok. Not very flavorful, perhaps I got the olive oil too hot or something.

I doubled the sauce and added some pork and it was a hit. I served it with brown rice and it was a perfect compliment.

My family just had this for dinner. I left out the sweet potato and used fresh ginger instead. I also added some sliced grilled steak to the party. It was amazing! I think I'll try it with some shrimp next time.

Pretty good! I also added a can of water chestnuts and some green onion because I had them on hand. I'm not sure I'll make it again, but I will definitely enjoy the leftovers.

Excellent flavor combo and sauce consistency. I served this with coconut rice and my (meat loving) family asked if I would make this once a week!

Wow! This recipe is amazing! AND EASY!! It is soooo good, reminds me of a restaurant dish made right here at home. The only thing I did differently was add cooked chicken too.

I didn't have sweet potato, cornstarch, red onion or garlic so I tweaked it. For the onion I used a shallot. To thicken the sauce I used peanut butter and also a small tablespoon of rice vinegar. Nice!!! Very yummy!

We really enjoyed this tonight! I followed the recipe exactly, but doubled the sauce because I served it over soba noodles and wanted some extra. (This would also be great over brown rice!) I will absolutely make this again.
