I tried this recipe to add more to my Meatless Mondays vault. I thought it was quite flavorful but the kids didn't enjoy it as much as I did. I think the next time I'll try leaving out the rosemary as it clashes with the other flavors in the recipe.

great easy recipe! The first time I made this, I didn't have any orange juice so I used a little lemon juice mixed with 1/4 c water and a little sugar instead. super fast, turned out great! Only caveat, I used frozen green beans and they got soggy, so in the future I will follow the directions and use only fresh vegetables. Also, after trying the first batch, I followed the advice of another review and added some peanut butter, and it was different but also quite tasty!

Didn't taste any ginger at all. Tasted WAY too much like orange juice. Only change was didn't use sweet potato but added bamboo shoots, other than that, followed recipe as written. Sorry, we could only take a bite of this and we were done.

I didn't follow the recipe exactly, due to taste preferences. I'm not a huge fan of peppers or sweet potatoes, so this is more a review of the sauce. But that sauce was totally worth 5 stars! I used fresh ginger and it had a lovely bite to it. Just perfect with a side of quinoa or rice. Here's the veggies I used for a slightly different idea: Carrots, snap peas, broccoli and zucchini instead of onion i just added onion powder. I'd love to try a few variations of the vegetable mix. I want to try the sweet potato in there, but didn't have any on hand this time. I think that sauce would work for any combo of stir fried veggies/meat.

My 6 and 7-year-old really liked this but I did omit the red pepper flakes. I used the suggested veggies plus one 1/2 can of black beans. This is a keeper!

This was good. I will make it again. I just used a bag of frozen veggie deluxe stir-fry from walmart (1.88 a bag!) so mine did not have sweet potatoes and I did not have any orange juice last minute so I just substituted lime juice for the citrus. I really enjoyed it though. Baked mine in the oven (healthier). No cornstarch; used the juice over rice.

This is pretty good. You can use any veggies you have on hand, we added peas and green onions and omitted a few veggies we didn't have at the moment. We served it on rice with chicken, and it was fabulous!

Excellent! This is a very quick and easy dish to make. It's so flavorful and my kids just gobbled it up. The only changes I made were I used a tablespoon of crushed ginger and added some cut green bell peppers into the mix. I also didn't want to add the crushed red pepper flakes because if my 3-year-old or 4-year-old would have tasted a flake, they would have went through the roof. So I used a dash of cayenne pepper for just a hint of spice. It was perfect! This has been in my rotation dinners and will continue to be. Thanks for the recipe!
