Ginger Pork Over Spaghetti
SUBMITTED BY:
Linda Stone
"'I first tasted this speedy skillet dish when my daughter and son-in-law prepared it for us,' recalls Linda Stone of Dothan, Alabama. 'With a salad and French bread, it makes a wonderful meal,' she notes. Plus, there's plenty of spaghetti left over to prepare the two recipes that follow."

I found this recipe because I had various igredients and no idea what to do with them. Ths recipe was in the list of recipes my search produced based upon one or two ingedients. I had no idea what to expect but I was excited to try something different. I've only recently discovered "Ginger" (after it was a main ingredient in a couple other recipes) and I like the flavor. I was not disappointed. This has a unique flavor and I thought it was a very nice dish. I used steak because I did not have pork. I'm not sure if it mad a difference in the flavor but it worked for me. My husband, 16 year old son and 2 year old son all liked it, as well.

This recipe is pretty tasty! I kept the ground pork and the spaghetti separate. I think it would taste nice with rice as well; I'm going to try that tomorrow. Also maybe I have a sweet tooth but I added a bit of sugar to the sauce mixture before adding it to the pork. Delicious and easy!
