We really enjoyed these as sandwiches. I used half the ketchup mixed with 1/2c V8 to thin it. I also added chopped garlic to the meatballs and skipped the dijon. Excellent recipe!

Pretty good, although I couldn't taste the ginger, even though I added extra gingersnaps. The ketchup was a little overpowering in the sauce.

These were very good. I asked my guests what they would rate these out of 5 stars and they said (while talking through full mouths) 4-1/2!!! So I'm rounding it up and giving it a 5 star rating. Very easy to make and very tasty. A nice change from the standard grape jam and chili sauce sauce. Give this one a try!
