Normally would have been more comfortable grilling mahi, but it is way too cold to be out there today. Turned out to be great tasting and easy to put together. Highly recommended!

Very good and easy recipe. My kids who are usually not the biggest fish fans loved it. Used frozen mahi fillets. Doubled recipe for 6pieces. A definite do again.

I followed the suggestions of grilling the fish- it probably made it taste better. My husband said it was ok, but not a recipe that he would want again. He ate a little then made a peanut butter sandwich.

I used this glaze on salmon I was serving: LOVED IT. (I was out of balsamic vinegar, and substituted malted vinegar -- which is something I love on fish anyways.) Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Delicious!! I had never made mahi mahi before but picked up some frozen fish at Trader Joe's and looked for a recipe with good reviews. So glad I used this one! I didn't have fresh ginger so I used powder and the flavor of the fish/glaze was sooo good! The hubby raved about this one so i know it's a good one :)

This was delicious! I replaced the olive oil with toasted sesame oil to add a bit more flavor and cooked it in the oven at 400 for about 20 minutes (but this would depend on the size of your filets). Hit with husband and one of my two children which is a win in my book!
