The first time I made this with mahi mahi. It was so delicious! I figured it would be good on anything, so I tried salmon and OMGosh, to die for!!! We even grilled the salmon after marinading it and then topped it with the sauce.

Great recipe. I used the ginger you get with sushi since I always have that on hand for other recipes I make. I marinated it for a little over 24 hours (which was perfect I would even let it go for 2 days) then we grilled it. Very good the hubby and kids ate it up.

This recipe was easy and wonderful tasting. I have also tried the marinate on pork chops and it turned out great! I doubled the marinate and added corn starch over the stove for more sauce.

Fabulous! This was my first time cooking mahi mahi and I won't be looking for another recipe. The only change was that I used ground ginger since that is what I had on hand. I loved the sauce and agree with other reviewers stating that it's versatile. Will definitely make again and share with others.

Delicious and easy! I used agave nectar in place of honey- and low sodium soy sauce, and increased the garlic to 3-4 large cloves.

We grilled instead of frying and it was outstanding. The marinade is delicious -- definitely reserve some to make a glaze. It makes the meal.

This recipes was super tasty and sooooo easy! I made up the marinade this morning and let mine marinate and finish thawing in the fridge throughout the day. The taste was nice and mild. It didn't overpower the mahi at all. I served it with ramen noodle salad, snow peas, and a side of the sauce for dipping. The kiddos ate it right up as if it were chicken nuggets from that "Mc" place!

Delicious! Very easy to prepare... i ended up marinating the mahi mahi for about 45 minutes and the flavor was just perfect. I had 2lbs worth of mahi, so i grilled half and sauteed the other half. Grilling made the fish a tad bit dry, but was still very tasty!

I took the other reviews & my family wasn't very impressed. We like fish, but do not love it. We chose to bake it bc I don't fry anything b/c of the fat etc. I baked it b/c another person said they had, but it wasn't very good. We ate it, but I wouldn't make it again.

Too sweet for my taste. I would back off on the honey. Make sure you get a high quality filet, this marinade will not compensate for average Mahi Mahi.

This was the BEST! I followed the recipe to a T, except I added 2t of fresh ginger. The family fought over the last piece. It is simple and delicious.
