INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 (3 pound) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

DIRECTIONS
Combine first four ingredients; set aside. Grill chicken, covered, over medium-low coals, turning and brushing with butter several times, for 30 minutes. Then grill, uncovered, turning and brushing with orange juice mixture several times, for 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear.

I was actually looking for a ginger glaze for a pork loin when I found this recipe. I didn't have any orange juice concentrate on hand, so I used 1/4 C orange marmalade that I had in the refrigerator. The taste of this glaze was great, and my husband and two young boys loved it as well. I'm going to keep this recipe on hand, and I'll definitely use it on chicken as well!

Fantastic! It's too cold here to grill, so I basted boneless, skinless chicken breasts and baked them at 350 degrees for about 22 minutes. This will definitely be a summer staple in our house. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

It was good barbeque chicken but I thought it tasted just like any old barbeque chicken. I really couldnt taste the ginger in it.
