Just made these with Maple syrup and wished I had of added more ginger - quite delicate flavor and need to be a bit more spicy for my taste. Nice biscuit though!

My first batch, I made as the recipe says and it was kind of tasteless. My second batch, I substituted boysenberry syrup for the corn syrup and that made a great tasting cookie/biscuit. I think a thin struesel drizzled on these would make them perfect. Thanks for the recipe.
