This was lovely. I used fat free evaporated milk and I doubled the amaretto for a bigger kick. I did not make the whipped cream for the top. Excellent grownup winter cocktail.
I made this the lazy way, with instant hot chocolate. Just added a TBSP or so of amaretto. Yum-O!!!
