Easy Cinnamon Fudge

In this simple fudge recipe, melting the butter is the only cooking you'll do! Confectioners's sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, butter, milk and nuts are combined and refrigerated. Garnish each piece with a whole walnut, or nut of your choice, if desired.

This recipe came from a dear friend of mine. It is an unbelievably delicious fudge! This fudge has been a hit with all who have tried it. Don't let them know the ingredients until they have tasted it; they still won't believe it has cheese in it. Also, it is easier to make if the recipe is halved. Pecans can be substituted for walnuts.

This fun novelty recipe uses pinto beans to replace some of the butter typically found in fudge. Walnuts give the soft creamy squares a nice crunch. -Pattie Ann Forssberg of Logan, Kansas
