This recipe made my family realize that, yes, they do like ground turkey. I love the healthiness of the recipe, and the fact that it tastes so good is a bonus. I brown the turkey in the morning, put it in the slow cooker with the corn, sauce, a little cumin and garlic, and let it sit on low for about 6 hours. The flavors really come together and it's great for those busy nights when we can't all eat at the same time. The meat is ready whenever someone is ready to eat. Thanks for such a convenient, healthy, tasteful dinner.
