SO easy to make and SO delicious! I was eating the stuffing out of the bowl before I even got to putting it in the mushrooms :] I didn't have any crushed red pepper on hand, so I sprinkled the tops with garlic powder, white pepper, paprika and ground black pepper. I was only making these for 2, so I bought about 15 small white mushrooms and still had a ton of the stuffing left over to freeze. Can't wait to pull it out again!
