Good old fashioned hamburgers, nothing like the smell of them grilling. The secret is indeed in refrigerating long enough for the flavors to mingle and unify. DELICIOUS!

These burgers were a real hit with my adult friends. The kids could have done without the added flavors. Going to try it with ground turkey next.

A new twist on a summertime favorite. By the end of the summer, hamburgers on the grill don't seem special anymore. With this recipe, I can make that 'specialness' last longer.
