DH said this bread was awesome, the best I've ever made. Followed the recipe exactly as written and wouldn't change a thing. Love the crusty outside! Inside is soft yet sturdy, good on its own or for sandwiches. I wasn't sure what size loaf this makes so I set my bread machine for a 1.5 loaf and that seemed to work.

I added 1 cup whole wheat flour and the rest was allpurpose flour. other ingredients were exactly as in recipe. The bread tastes great! I agree with another review that the quantity makes a small dinky loaf.

I used the dough cycle and formed it into a medium sized loaf. It has a really nice texture, light and fluffy. I used just one clove of garlic but I wish I'd used more. I could detect the other herbs but not much of the garlic. I did not find the loaf to be too small as others mentioned. I will make this again but will definitely add more garlic next time.

I made the dough in my bread machine and then made breadsticks...after baking I brushed them with melted butter and sprinkled them with garlic powder and salt - delicious!!

The best bread ever!!!! I added a little extra garlic the second time around and it was great, didn't feel it was too overpowering. Awesome recipe..wouldn't change a thing! Perfect with spaghetti - pasta dishes :)

This bread is amazing! This will probably be my go to dinner bread from now on! These would be fabulous shaped into rolls or bread sticks too! Thank you!

These are great! They can be dressed up or down, I play around with different spices. They are good as a roll, breadstick, or any shape you can come up with!

Liked a lot but I bumped the servings up to 24 and recalculated which pushed the flour up to 3 cups. Also used about a T more of water and 2 c. white flour and 1 c. wheat flour. Was a little generous on the seasonings. Yummy!

Smelled good, but was packy and hard, even though I followed directions and had the setting on light.

My family loved this, but I made some changes. The recipe makes too small of a loaf. It disappears too fast in my house. I tried doubling it and it went over the edge of the bread machine pan...but it still tasted great. I think changing it to 24 servings will work best for my bread machine. I used Italian seasoning instead of the individual herbs because it is easier for me and I always have Italian seasoning on hand, but not the individual herbs. Also, per the request of my hubby, I added Parmesan cheese to the second loaf. Very yummy!
