These were delicous. I didn't bake the garlic, I just used minced garlic and they tasted awesome. I also added some bacon bits,green onions, and half of a minced onion to the mixture. Soo yummy, I will definetly make again.

Excellent! I love the rosemary in this - really makes the kitchen smell nice when baking. I make these ahead and freeze, then pop them in the oven for the "twice-baking" and voila - looks like you slaved over these.

I had this meal at my aunts house and it was amazing. I would make this every night if I could. The only person who didn't like it was my four year old cousin and by the end it was even starting to grow on her. I would definitely recommend this meal to anyone.

These were awesome! My extremely picky husband even liked them. My picky 6 year old didn't like them though. It was likely the rosemary that she didn't like, but it's easy to fix. I'll be making these again, maybe even as just plain mashed potatoes. I did use sour cream in place of the buttermilk because I don't usually have buttermilk on hand. My husband complained there wasn't enough! Thanks!!

Awesome!! Kids loved it ...Husband loved it!!! I added Mozzerella cheese and bacon bits on top then baked....VERY GOOD!
