We really liked this recipe. It was just delicious. We will definitely make it again, with a couple of modifications. We found that there was not enough sauce to coat the pasta. I used fresh linguine, which got sticky, so in the future, I would double the sauce and reserve some to the side to toss with the pasta before putting the shrimp on top. My husband thought it needed more shrimp for the amount of pasta served, so I would increase the shrimp to 1 1/2 pounds. Finally, I would serve with additional chopped parsley (guests could add their own) and grated cheese.
