Great recipe! They are just like the ones at a favorite restaurant of mine! Followed the recipe exactly and they turn out great everytime! I will try the suggestion of putting the potatoes into a bag rather than pouring the butter mixture over. I think this will work much better. Thank you for a great recipe!

As other reviewers said, the lemon did add great flavor. I used olive oil instead of butter, chopped the potatoes much smaller and boiled for about 10 minutes before covering with the marinade and baking. Tasted even better the second night when re-heated in the oven because it got crispier on the top layer. I'll make this again.

My family LOVED this recipe. I had to double it to have enough, but I followed the directions exactly and would not change a thing. It will definitely go into my recipe box.

This is a fabulous recipe. I used italian dressing seasoning instead of the lemon juice. I also cooked in the microwave for 15 minutes stirring every 5 and then baked in the oven for an hour at 350.

This was so good. I'm so glad I tried this. I'm a huge garlic lover...and this packs such a cool flavor!! Yum...don't skip the lemon. (Im not a lemon lover so I almost didn't use it) But it totally adds to the great flavor blend. I cooked it a bit longer because I had other things in the oven, but yep it was delicious!!

These were great ! I baked them at 375 and cut them smaller to cut down on my cooking time. Mixed in some Hillshire Farm polish sausage and made a veggie and we had a meal.

These definately need to cook longer and I even cranked up the heat to 375 for a crispier finish. Too much butter and can also easily sub with olive oil or mix the two. I don't understand the addition of the tiny amount of parmesan - I didn't even taste it. Certainly not necessary...I would suggest if you want that flavor to add more and do it toward the end of the cooking time. I added some chili powder and loved the lemon juice. You can easily add chopped garlic and onion wedges for additional flavor.

These were good. I think I would up the amount of parm on them next time, but other than that they were yummy and turned out beautifully. Thanks for the great dinner addition!

These are tasty and very easy, but you have to cook them WAY longer than what is indicated in the recipe. Worth the wait, but keep the time in mind!

These were delicious! They remind me of another recipe I like to make - roasted broccoli with parmesan and lemon juice. Its the same concept, although I never would have thought to try it with potatoes. The combination of parmesan with lemon is one of my favorite flavors.
