I double the ingredients but left out the lemon because I didn't have any. It was so good! Can't wait to make them again.

Combined all ingredients exactly as written the only difference was I put them in foil and threw them on the grill (too hot to cook inside right now) They were good but nothing to write home about.

Very good and will make again. Next time I will start them earlier and bake longer. I ended up putting the whole dish in the microwave to get them tender and then under the broiler to brown and crisp them up.

These were delicious! I knew ahead of time to leave them in for almost an hour, so the modified time worked out great. I accidentally mixed in the parmesan with the butter, so I just added a bit more about 10 minutes before they were done. Good reheated too!

This was okay. It took over an hour to bake and was a bit too buttery and greasy.

I've made potatoes many different ways over the years and this simple recipe is really delicious. I rated it a 4 because the cook time is off, it needs to cook at least an hour.

The flavor was nice but it did take a long time to cook and the potatos were mushy in the middle and not as crunchy as I like on the outside.

very good, but takes too long. I followed all suggestions and even turned up the oven. Took about an hour for them to come out right. Too time consuming for me, but they are good.

I LOVE this recipe! I tried it on the grill the other night and it was great! I simply put all of the ingredients in a foil envelope. Just be sure to rotate the bag so the potatoes don't burn. Great recipe!!

I am always on the lookout for new potato recipes - made this for a Canada Day barbeque, and it was a popular addition to dinner. I made as indicated in the recipe, and the cooking time of the original recipe even worked. My red potatoes were relatively small, so they were cooked in the time indicated (and just to make sure, I raised the temperature to 375 degrees - which helped with the browning as well).

What a wonderful recipe for red potatoes! I made mine in the microwave (cut them up into 8ths and microwaved for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes). Also omitted lemon juice because I didn't have any. The whole family loved these. Thank you for the great recipe!

I love the lemon flavor! It really enhances the butter taste. I will probably increase cooking time to an hour next time.

Fantastic, but DEFINITELY increase cooking time to an hour and a half for maximum softness.

I needed to cook these for twice the suggested cooking time. When I cooked them for only 40 minutes they were rock hard.

These potatoes were soo good! I almost didn't want to eat the chicken i made along with it...haha, these potatoes could have easily been my meal. The only disappointing part was that the cooking time was way off...mine took an hr in the oven. Other than that, the potatoes had great flavor and i'll definitely be making them again!

We made this last night and it was so good! I added an extra clove of garlic and Italian seasoning. I cooked it 400 for at least 1 hour and 45 minutes! Next time I'll try nuking in the microwave for 10- 15 minutes like others. Still very good!

I will definitely make it again. I skipped the cheese since I have picky eaters and they still turned out great. Not the best I've ever had, but very good for how simple it is.

Loved these. I cut my regular red potatoes a bit smaller. Maybe each potato into eighths. Threw them into a glass bowl with a tiny bit of water. Microwaved 10 mins, flipping them once after 5 mins. After this I poured them into a 9x13 pan, coated them with the sauce and baked about 20 mins, broiled them the last 5 for some crispness. Next time I will add more fresh garlic or some additional garlic powder for a little more flavor. Great recipe!
