Very tasty....however....I have to agree with another reviewer....the cook time was way off. Took much longer than indicated which threw off our meal since it came out long after the other items. But truly they were delicious.

The best red potatoes I ever had! I prepared this recipe as a side dish for the Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Perfection posted by PREGOCOOK.

our new favorite! I did just one pound of potatoes, cut all the ingredients in half. potatoes ended up in about 1 inch pieces and I steamed them for maybe 10-11 minutes as someone else suggested. Tossed them in the butter mixture (got ahead of myself when cooking and put the parmesan right in with the butter, lemon, etc) then broiled in the toaster oven for about 12 minutes. My husband is still raving about them, and believe me that is rare! so I happily rate this 5 stars. Next time I think I will try cutting the potatoes into bite size pieces and doing everything the same as I did this time, except the cook times would be somewhat less. Thanks for this great recipe!!!!!!!!! oh yes, and I used 1/4 tsp (for the 1/2 recipe) garlic powder as I did not have fresh on hand.

Yum! Yum! This is a delicious recipe. I added a little bit of parsley and black pepper. And I added like 10 more minutes on the oven and they were perfect. We ate it with a delicious NY Steak my husband made.

LOVE these. Have made them as a side dish whenever I make dinner for friends (i.e., new baby drop off dinner) and they have been a hit. I turn the heat up to 400 and bake uncovered -- otherwise, I find it takes a lot longer than recipe says. Even better reheated the next day in a skillet with a bit of oil -- yum!

I cut these up quite a bit (into 1/8ths), and cooked about 40 minutes at 375. Pretty good. I enjoyed the lemon flavor but added a bit of Italian seasoning.

Pretty good...but took MUCH longer to cook than stated. I even upped to temperature to 400 after reading other reviewers. After an hour at 400 degrees, they still weren't done. I turned up to 450 and they finally finished about 20 minutes later. I think boiling them first would have worked much better. I ended up taking some out after an hour and putting them in the microwave because the rest of my dinner was done and my husband was starving.

These are really good! Need to bake much longer than recipe says though. I put them in a 9 x 13 pan the second time I made these so they could cook more evenly, I also turned up the oven to speed up the process. Well worth it though.

These turned out very good except for the fact that I had to bake them longer than what the recipe called for. Next time I will follow the other reviewers. suggestions and bake at a higher temp. for longer or first parboil.

I loved these! I was looking for a new way to fix red potatoes which is one of our favorite side dishes. I actually spread the potatoes out on a cookie sheet after reading another review and cooked it for 35-40 mins on 375 degrees uncovered. They were very tender and tasty. Next time, I will add other herbs or spices just to add a little more flavor. My hubby loved these potatoes and said they were a hit.
