I love garlic and often times mashed potatoes just don't have enough... well this recipe had just the right amount! I loved it! my family loved and the kids devoured it! Very good!

I thought this recipe was exceptional! The hubby loved them and my one year ate them as well! I didnt think she liked garlic... Will be making these again..and again!

I too had high expectations of this recipe with the high rating and all. I made the recipe as stated and did not tweak anything. The taste just did not deliver. Hopefully gravy will revive the leftovers.

Decent-we like ours with a little more "kick" to them. I don't think that boiling garlic brings out the flavor as well.

Eh, i was not that impressed. Maybe it is because i loveeee mashed potatoes so my expectations where too high, but i thought it needed more. Next time i will add some sour cream or bacon bits, because it tasted too plain.

Yummy! I replaced the milk with high quality organic chicken broth and didn't add any salt, which made these a little healthier. Also, I did leave the skins on. Will definitely be making these again!

They were pretty good, but I couldn't even taste the garlic. I ended up adding a fair bit of garlic powder.

These are great. I leave the skins on and add more cheese. I also like a little bit of sour cream mixed in as well. 15 min is plenty time to get the taters soft. I love it and have been making this ever since

I thought these potatoes were a little bland. I followed the recipe, but I think they could have used more salt and more garlic. I really like garlic and these didn't have enough strong garlic flavor for me. I would suggest adding some salt to the water while boiling the potatoes, and then some extra minced garlic stirred in at the last.
