Wow. That's all I have to say. Used shredded Parmesan and loved the garlic (baked at 375 for 35 mins in foil as suggested by others). THANKS!!!!

These were good- didn't wow me, but easy to make and decent flavor. I might try adding a little sour cream next time.

Liked it, but didn't love it. I roasted the garlic, but it was still way garlic-y.

Excellent! We love mashed potatoes, and now have a new favorite. Their only complaint is that I didn't double the batch. Thanks for a great recipe.

I normally don't like skin in my mashed potatoes, but this was delicious! Used a 4 cheese mix and roasted my garlic as suggested. Paired so well with Rosemary Garlic Lamb Chops I made.

These were awesome!!! Now everytime I make mashed potatoes my parents and sisters ask "are they the restaurant potatoes?" Romano cheese was more difficult to find than I anticipated, but it was worth searching for. Delicious!!!

These potatoes are absolutely fantastic. They are better than any other potatoes I have ever tasted. I use 3-4 garlic cloves for a 6 person recipe and I add 1/2 cup of milk and 3/4 cup of butter and pepper. I have made them twice and will make them over and over again. Thanks for the recipe.

ABSOLUTELY wonderful recipe! However next time I will use garlic powder/salt instead of chopped garlic! NO complaints on this one.

I give this recipe 5 stars though I didn't follow it completely. I made it according to 10 servings and it called for 13 ounces of butter, which seemed a little excessive for our tastes. First I took a garlic bunch, peeled the garlic and separated the cloves, and roasted it. I boiled the 5 lbs of red potatoes. Then I drained them, added the softened cloves, added 4 ounces of butter, probably about a cupful of milk. Blended the ingredients together...WONDERFUL! Perfect garlic mashed potatoes and I didn't need to add any salt. I made this to go along with the almond parmesan tilapia and roasted asperagus.

I scaled the recipe down to 4 servings & it still could have served 6! I also used roasted garlic and the potatoes were very yummy - my picky family even enjoyed them.

These were good and creamy but had a strong garlic flavor. Good but I would scale back on the garlic.

Scaled recipe down to serve 4. Cut down on the butter. Next time will cut down on the dried oregano. Overpowering I thought. Will make again as a side!

This recipe came out absolutely delicious. I made it with roast beef and some Grands biscuits, great combo. I did make a few changes just to suit mine and my husband's tastes, though. I added milk and pepper to taste, Parm instead of Romano cheese, and a whole lot of extra garlic! I will definitely be making this instead of regular ol' mashed potatoes!
