I did this recipe and followed some reviewer's advice to let the chicken marinate a few hours in the oil and garlic. I was somewhat disappointed (although everyone seemed to like it) because you could barely taste the garlic. Next time I will add garlic salt in the breading mixture (I added italian seasoning to the breading as well, good thing because it would've been quite bland).

The chicken turned out wonderfully - both extremely juicy and flavourful. However I would hardly call it "Garlic Lover's" - I had to add double the amount of garlic to notice the taste of it. But that could just be me - I tend to use waaaaaaaay more garlic than the "average" person ;);)

This was very good and followed the recipe almost exactly but I did add a little more garlic (we love garlic!)and I put it in the butter before melting it so we could get the full flavor. Very good low-calorie meal.
