I wasn't all that impressed with this. I added a lot more garlic (quadrupled the fresh stuff and added 1/2 tsp granulated garlic to the breading mixture), because as a true garlic-lover, I knew a single clove was going to be way too bland. The chicken itself was super juicy and moist, but the breading was a bit mushy and not as flavorful as I had expected. I was also disappointed to realize that the nutrition facts are considerably higher than listed, when calculated using all the ingredients. I might make it again but it will need a serious revamp for more flavor.

Awesome! Full of flavor, and really moist. I stuff mine with cream cheese. I love it!

Perfect! Tender and juicy. Just the right amount of breading. I used dried parsley and was out of lemon juice so I used a squeeze of lime instead just for the punch. I also used 1 tsp of crushed garlic instead of a clove. Worked out just fine. The kids of all ages, my husband and I all cleaned our plates. I will make this one again. So easy!

Very tastey but I used 3 cloves garlic. Also I STRONGLY recommend broiling it for 5 miutes at the end to crisp it up. Very yummy.

The chicken definitely needed to be marinated -- was sort of bland. I used roasted garlic breadcrumbs -- it was delicious!

This is a great substitute for traditional "chicken cutlets". The garlic just gives it a little extra zest!

Yummy!! I added WAY more garlic and I seasoned the chicken with a little garlic powder also. My husband and I love this recipe. It's definitely a keeper!

This chicken wasn't bad at all. I too added extra garlic. I loved the hint of lemon from the lemon juice.
