I used a half fryer; one TBL. of dried parsley and no cheese. Melted the butter with 2 garlic and lemon juice. Next time I'll up the garlic even more. It was in the oven almost an hour, half the time with the casserole lid on.

Loved the recipe and used the advice by other reviewers. I used 8 cloves of garlic. Put@1/4C of wine and couple T of chicken broth. Used a mix of Pannko and seasoned Italian bread crumbs. Soaked chicken in 1/2 and 1/2 for @ 10 min then melted butter lemon juice and garlic together then poured over. Hubby loved it and it was chrispy...Thanks for the start I will make again

I really liked the flavor, but we didn't like that the coating was so moist as we prefer something alittle crispier. I added garlic salt and garlic powder to the bread crumbs & no plain salt. Also, I used a lot more bread crumbs. I could smell too much parmesan cheese so just kept adding those three things until I couldn't smell the parmesan cheese. I dipped in flour, then milk as another suggested before coating. I did use the whole amount of lemon juice, abt 3 Tbl butter & just over the amt of garlic the recipe calls for with just 2 chicken breasts. The house sure smelled good (and garlicy) while I was making! Just wish it'd been crispier...

This chicken was so good. My husband has been watching his weight so he doesn't normally take seconds, but with this, he took THIRDS. AND we licked the pan clean. It is so delicious! I added a little more garlic and a little more lemon juice, but it is wonderful!

Very good flavor...moist and delicious. Husband and two picky kids liked. The only thing I would have done differently is pounded the chicken breasts thinner (or had the butcher tenderize them at the shop). I like a crunchy chicken breading, and the coating was soggy. Sucessful taste, now just need to perfect the texture.

I have made this dish numerous times and it always gets rave reviews. A few minor changes I made are to pound the chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thick, use 3 or 4 cloves of garlic and make my own sourdough bread crumbs. Very easy to make and delicious!!!!

I do not even know how to describe how it tasted other than there were too many flavors and they did not compliment each other.

This was good and very easy to prepare, but it wasn't 'garlicky' enough for me. I think next time I will add some garlic powder to the breading.

The chicken turned out wonderfully - both extremely juicy and flavourful. However I would hardly call it "Garlic Lover's" - I had to add double the amount of garlic to notice the taste of it. But that could just be me - I tend to use waaaaaaaay more garlic than the "average" person ;);)
