I'm giving this four stars because it didn't quite live up to my expectations given the previous reviews. I prepared it exactly as written. I made it on the same night I made Rich Mexican Corn on this site. The corn dish way outshone and overpowered everything served with it, including this dish. I was disappointed that night and my husband was even less thrilled. However, I heated a couple leftover chops for lunch the next day and served with some salsa on top and they were delicious. I will make again -- without the incredible but overpowering corn dish I paired it with the first time -- and if it lives up to the reviews as I originally expected, then I will revise my review and bump it up to 5 full stars.

My husband lost a bet, and had to cook dinner for our family. After telling him this was a poor choice because we only had an hour to prepare dinner he decided to give it a try anyway. It was fantastic!! The best pork chop I have tasted in a very long while. Even with only 45 mins marinating time, having to substitute ceasar vinaigrette for Italian dressing ,dried parsley for fresh, and omitting the lime zest due to the fact that we only had concentrated lime juice, these where a huge hit. I can't wait to give them a try after being marinated for the full time. A must try recipe!!

I didnt have any fresh herbs so i did not add them, but everything else i followed to the letter. This recipe turned out great. I was a little worried the salsa type flavors would be too strong for the pork, but i was very wrong. The meat was moist and tender, the flavor was very light and not overpowering.

This recipe was amazing! I used Pace chunky salsa, and followed the recipe to the t. I marinaded the pork chops overnight and they were SO tender and juicy, this is by far my favorite pork chop recipe! Thanks!

Very delicious recipe. I decided to pan sear the chops instead of broil them and it tasted very good.

This is how a pork chop should taste!!!! I'm not a huge fan of chops but had some to use up so I thought this recipe sounded good. WOW! Juicy and perfectly cooked, these left me wanting more - which never happens with pork chops. They were even good leftover - and not dry at all. Thanks much, I will make this one again for sure!

WOW!! Fabulous!! Used parsley instead of cilantro but followed the recipe to the letter. Marinated for two nights because of schedule conflict and will do it again. Grilled to perfection. My son that does not eat leftovers asked if there were any pork chops the next day for lunch. Thank you for the great recipe.
