Garlic-Lime Mahi Mahi

Recipe by

"Wonderful and easy. You can adjust all ingredients to taste. I usually serve with a salad and use reserve marinade as a dressing. When grilling, I flip often and continue brushing to obtain a strong flavor. Is also excellent as a stand-alone dressing."

My husband and I really liked this! Easy and uses ingredients that we always have around. The recipe made more sauce than we really needed for the 2 of us so it could even be cut down a bit. Thanks!
