I followed all of the instructions and measurements but there were way too many herbs, it was way too overly strong.

To make this a five star recipe, add more garlic. one clove just isn't enough to make the potatoes taste like real garlic potatoes. other than that, I thought it was delicious

We don't give very many 5's but this was fabulous. It was SO EASY and had a wonderful flavor. I doubled the garlic, but I am a garlic fiend. I will make these again soon!

My boyfriend usually does the mashed potatoes, because I always make them wrong. But for his birthday I thought it would be nice if I could master them and thanks to this recipe I did! I followed the recipe EXACTLY and they came out with excellent flavor and consistency. My boyfriend (the mashed potatoe expert) raved about them and finished them all! Thanks!

The aroma of Garlic fills the air while cooking this spectacular side dish. It will have your guests and family begging for a sneak preview. These were a huge hit on Thanksgiving.
