These were pretty good, a nice taste of garlic and herbs. I'd cut down on the tarragon though - about half. If you want less fat use a mixture of half & half and skim milk or all skim milk. Either way they still come out creamy.

These were pretty good. They turned out very creamy and rich. I used half and half instead of heavy cream and a bit less. It could have used double the garlic though. Thanks, these were good potatoes!

To make this a five star recipe, add more garlic. one clove just isn't enough to make the potatoes taste like real garlic potatoes. other than that, I thought it was delicious

We don't give very many 5's but this was fabulous. It was SO EASY and had a wonderful flavor. I doubled the garlic, but I am a garlic fiend. I will make these again soon!

My boyfriend usually does the mashed potatoes, because I always make them wrong. But for his birthday I thought it would be nice if I could master them and thanks to this recipe I did! I followed the recipe EXACTLY and they came out with excellent flavor and consistency. My boyfriend (the mashed potatoe expert) raved about them and finished them all! Thanks!
