I loved it. It was really good. I love garlic but am not a huge fan of parmasan so I was a bit nervous. I had a couple of very little pieces done way before others and when I tried them, I was so thrilled.
I used butter like some reviews suggested here and I put lots and lots of garlic. I also used panko bread crumbs cause that's all I had. I personally like panko better than other bread crumbs anyway.
This is definitely a keeper. Oh, the only thing that I wasn't too crazy about is the time. I had to cook mine way too long. I don't know if it's our oven or the breast size or what but after 30 minutes, my chicken was not done at all. I think I left them in for at least 45 to 50 mins which dried out a couple of smaller pieces. I think next time, I would use tenderloins rather than breasts and cut down the cooking time.
