This was the easiest dish I have cooked! My family loved it. It was quick and simple to do and I didn't have to go shopping for any groceries!! (best part). I highly recommend this dish.

I made this tonight and bf and I loved it. I had two thick chicken breasts (1.3 lbs total) that I sliced in half for 4 thinner pieces. I kept all the other measurements the same. I only keep plain panko crumbs (nice crunch!) but I seasoned them with Italian seasoning. Also I left the garlic in oil +1 tbl butter over low for about 30 mins. After baking for the 35 mins, they were cooked but not brown on top. Turned on broiler for 3 mins and it was perfectly golden brown. Easy to make and tasty. Thanks for the recipe :)

This is a good starting point, but it was kind of bland when I used just the recipe. My 6-yr-old son tasted it and suggested sprinkling it with lemon juice. That did the trick! It was delicious.

I made it with the given ingredients, temperature, and time, but I cooked it on a cooking rack placed on a cookie sheet because I was afraid all the oil would make it soggy. The kitchen smelled great, and the chicken looked nice, but it was a bit bland and really soggy on the bottom, even though I used the cooking rack. It might be helped with extra seasoning, but it would still be too soggy on the bottom.
