This recipe is simple, quick, and delicious. The only change I made was to use Italian breadcrumbs.

My boyfriend and guests thought this was good, but I didn't care for it. It just didn't really taste like much of anything and I even added extra garlic and spices.

This was really good and easy. I put it over multigrain noodles with spagehtti sauce and added some mazzarella cheeseon top. Yum! My 1 1/2 year old even liked it.

I made this almost exactly as written, just used Italian seasoned breadcrumbs instead. It was superb! So easy, definitely a keeper :)

This is the easiest, tastiest (assuming you like garlic) chicken that you can make in under 40 minutes. My husband is very iffy on anything that I cook, and he loves this! Personally, the more parmesan cheese, the better. Same goes for the garlic.

I thought this was okay, but since my husband and two year old liked it, I am giving it a 4 instead of a 3. The chicken came out moist and tender, so that was a big plus.

This recipe was very good!!! I was only making 2 chicken breasts, but still used the same amount of ingredients - I just poured the extra on top and really covered them thick with the bread crumb mixture. The chicken was so juicy and incredibly tender. I also added just a little more than 1/4 cup of Parmesan since I really like cheese. Next time I will probably try using Italian dry bread crumbs. Can't wait to make again!

This was so EASY and YUMMY! I served it with Knorr's Creamy Pesto sauce with pasta. The nice thing about the seasoning is you can spice it up any way you wish and it turns out awesome!

Very good and simple. Like other users I used butter instead of olive oil, a great change in my opinion. The butter taste just totally enhances this dish-though not the healthiest ;-). I cooked with 3 chicken breasts, and used a little more bread crumbs/parm. cheese. I think next time I might play up some spices in the breading just to add more kick...but other than that, great easy recipe. Thanks!

I made this a few nights ago for my grandson who had just returned home for Spring Break. His favorite meal is chicken! It turned out great. I used olive oil and lots of garlic I know I used more garlic than the recipe called for but we like garlic. 'Eyed' the amount of panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese - just made sure each breast had plenty of oil, garlic and coating. Severd with a simple salad and baked baby red and pacific gold potatoes. Finish the leftovers last night. Heated up in the microwave just enough to take the chill off the breast. Looking forward to making this again and again etc!

I apparently made this recipe in August, 2004 and September, 2006 and called it "good and easy" just the way it is listed in the recipe.

I substituted butter for the oil. I got rave reviews from my family and a friend that joined us for dinner. Next time I'll need to double the recipe because it was so good that it was all gone before my daughter and I got home for dinner! They said it was a "keeper" recipe.

Absolutely amazing. To make it easier, I used garlic powder and for bread crumbs, I crushed 1/4c of garlic cheese croutons. Followed the rest of the recipe exactly and was very happy with the result. Will make again.

A favorite here and a regular item for dinner. My picky 12 year old son asks for this for dinner! I have to turn down to temp a bit so the chicken doesn't get too brown before cooked all the way through and I always double the breading to coat the chicken enough for us. I also drizzle a bit of the garlic infused oil over the chicken after breading and before placing in the oven. This is a great chicken recipe!!

This chicken was SO GOOD! My husband said it was amazing and the best chicken he ever had (along with my butter chicken). I followed it almost to a tee, except I used 1/2 cup Parmesan and 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, I had big chicken breasts. The oil and garlic I kept the same. WOW! You must try it!
