I made this with garlic mashed potatoes and a steamed broccoli and squash dish that also used garlic, so I expected to be overwhelmed, or for this to get lost - but the chicken was outstanding, moist, flavorful, and did my kitchen smell great!

I made this pretty close to the recipe, except I added more garlic because you can't have too much garlic lol, other than that it's a great recipe. My chicken turned out very moist, and I also cut the breast into small pieces so it would cook faster and so my daughter would eat it.

I read reviews before making, and I'm glad I did! I made the "garlic oil" as recommened, and I think it helps a lot. I used about 8-10 garlic cloves to a cup of EVOO,I let it sit overnight. I used garlic parm bread crumbs, which I think made a big difference too. We liked this, and I rated a 3 due to the fact I had to change alot. I will make again with the revisions.....nice starter idea.

Very good. Chicken was flavorful and moist, but I think the coating could use some spices. I served it over Caesar salad and we really liked it, as the Caesar dressing compensated for the lack of spices.

Would've been great as chicken parmesan... by itself it was somewhat dry...

I love this recipe and should've thought of it myself! but you know, when you're stressing about what to make for dinner at the last minute, you get flustered! this is made with things I always have on hand and was totally delish!

My family, including 2 toddlers, loved this chicken! It was unbelievably moist. I added more garlic and some Italian dressing. Next time I think I'll add some dry mustard as someone else suggested to give it even more flavor.

This recipe turned out great. I added a few other ingredients: a little dry mustard, lemon pepper, parsley and some shredded colby jack. Yummy, even my picky mom liked it!

This is by far our favorite chicken recipe. I've made it at least 20 times and have loved it every time! (And I am very picky about chicken!) It is so easy to make with ingredients that we almost always have on hand. We prefer the think sliced chicken, with cooking time shortened to about 15 minutes. Yum!

This is a good goto recipe. I wouldn't say it's overly spectacular, but it holds it's own as an easy to make, quick chicken recipe.

Superb-this is restaurant quality! Make this when you want to impress your guests. I did make a few changes to taste. To save calories I used Italian dressing instead of olive oil and I used minced garlic in the jar (about 1/8 tsp.). It came out great. This will go in my Favorite recipe file.

Wonderful! Have made this several times now, and it's a winner every time. I prefer half olive oil and half butter. Have tried warming the oil on the stove and in the microwave. Slowly on the stovetop gives the garlic a little more time to infuse. If preferred, season the bread crumbs with pepper and a little salt.

This was delicious! My husband raved about this and he is not a big fan of chicken. I took the advice of another member's review and used butter instead of olive oil. Very simple and full of flavor! Great recipe!

I warmed my oil & garlic in an iron skillet. Then dipped the chicken thru the oil & bread crumb mixture and put it back in the iron skillet where the left over oil & garlic was... loved it!

This was a VERY good dinner! I had all the ingredients at home, which was EXACTLY what i was looking for since I dont have much right now...Technically, I didn't have the bread crumbs but I made my own for the first time and succeeded very well. The only changes to the recipe that i made were adding my usual spices (onion adn garlic powder, red pepper flakes, celery salt, italian seasoning, salt, pepper...). I processed it all up and it was delicious. Oh, and i also used fresh parsley. The only problem that I had with the recipe was that the breading started to burn after about 10 minutes, i came back 10 minutes later and it was VERY close to being a lost meal. had to turn off the oven so that I could still eat. I dont know if this was due to the fact that my breadcrumbs were homemade or may too wet, but still...Otherwise, this was an excellent meal! My dad loved it and rated it as his top 5 all-time meal. and if I do say so myself, thats pretty good!

This was too yummy. I actually cut the chicken down to big nugget sized and used a bit more parm and bread crumbs to coat. Its was crunch and so tasty. This is the best one I have tried yet!
