Reeeally good and juicy! Only changes: I used light margarine instead of oil, minced garlic instead of crushed, and added some extra garlic powder. In the future I will try using garlic oil (now that I know we have it), adding a little bit extra parmesan, and serving it on some whole-grain pasta!

Absolutely the BEST chicken breast recipe I ever made. We devoured them and hubby said, "A real keeper!!". He also topped his with Romano cheese and the heat from the chicken melted it. This was amazing! I used chopped garlic and smothered the chicken before breading and the taste was perfect! Five stars +++

Very tasty! The chicken comes out moist and tender. I had salad, bread, and mashed red potatoes as sides to this dish. I love the garlicky goodness! :)

This dish is great - super-easy and super-delicious. My SO said, "This is like something I'd get in a restaurant!" I used almond meal instead of bread crumbs since we have to be careful with carbs, but that was the only modification. It was flavorful and moist with a crispy outside. Highly recommended!

almost perfect! double the garlic, and you'll probably need more olive oil than what the recipe originally calls for.

This is so good. I have made this twice in a week and a half. The chicken comes out so tender. This chicken would also be good chopped up on a salad, or in a wrap. Thanks~!

I tried this as written and it's very good, but I've also changed it up since it's so simple and versatile. So far my favourite is to marinate it in a garlic and herbs marinade and then dip it in bread crumbs (when I do it this way I leave out the parmesan) and bake it as written - so good. Thanks for a great base recipe!

I've made this several times, I've added different things to spice things up with the coating. I've used ranch dip powder, italian seasonings, chili powder, etc. (Not all at the same time).

Wow, this was great! I was kind of skeptical since its so simple, but I loved it! It is also good to use butter instead of olive oil and then italian seasoned bread crumbs. I also like pounding the chicken really thin, you get more of the breading per bite of chicken then.
