I got this recipe off of this website 4-5 years ago and make it 1-2 times a month. It's even a big hit with my kids. I serve it with mashed red potatoes, steamed broccoli and some type of bread/rolls.

My husband makes this at least once a month, only we call it Chicken Parmesan. We always have leftovers because it's just the 2 of us and the leftovers nuke up suprisingly well. The salad idea is a good idea too. We usually melt shredded mozzarella on top (only on the breasts to be eaten that night) during the last 5 minutes of baking and serve with marinara sauce. Yum!

This was really good - moist and tasty. I did add some seasonings to the bread crumbs (I used panko), but I'm not sure it was necessary. The chicken breasts didn't brown evenly, but the taste was not affected. I'll definitely make it again.

Warming the olive oil and garlice really brought out the flavors. Yum! I used Panko bread crumbs for more crunch and baked the chicken on a rack in a baking pan to help crisp the bottom. This is delicious!

My husband and 5 year old loved this! I made it without the bread crumbs and used less oil. I served it with rice pilaf on the side. My little one never asks for seconds but got them tonight. Yeah! Definately a recipe I'll use again.

It was ok. Think I should have cooked it for only 25min. But my oven is a little wacky. Turned out fine, just don't know what all the fuss is about. Allison

Excellent! The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I think it needs more garlic than 2 cloves. Otherwise, it is just breaded chicken with a hint of garlic. I crushed 4-5 cloves, which was not too much and not to little. Loved it! Serve it with fettucine alfredo or pasta w/ marinara.

I love this recipe. Everyone else does too. It is really simple to make and comes out perfectly every time. I started adding spices to the mix such as oregano, some pepper and basil.
