I tried this as written and it's very good, but I've also changed it up since it's so simple and versatile. So far my favourite is to marinate it in a garlic and herbs marinade and then dip it in bread crumbs (when I do it this way I leave out the parmesan) and bake it as written - so good. Thanks for a great base recipe!

I've made this several times, I've added different things to spice things up with the coating. I've used ranch dip powder, italian seasonings, chili powder, etc. (Not all at the same time).

Wow, this was great! I was kind of skeptical since its so simple, but I loved it! It is also good to use butter instead of olive oil and then italian seasoned bread crumbs. I also like pounding the chicken really thin, you get more of the breading per bite of chicken then.

This recipes is EASY and FANTASTIC! I would not change a single thing! I used shredded parm, not the powdered kind and it still came out wonderfully. I will definitely be making this again soon, my husband and children all enjoyed it. Thank you!

This was great!! We used chicken breasts, but cut them in half. All seven children loved it. Only complaint - should have made more!

Perfect, simple and delicious!!! My whole family LOVED it!! I used Italian breadcrumbs like other people. The chicken came out so moist and the garlic was perfect for any garlic lover. I actually realized afterwards that I used too much but it was still perfect. I was able to cut mine with a fork. Now that's good!

Thank you so much for submitting this recipe! I have to make this at least once a month for my family. The only thing I did differently was added more garlic to the olive oil. We really LOVE garlic. We actually use about 15 cloves!

Was a nice meal but nothing particularly fancy. Very easy to make though and a great go-to recipe when you don't have much time or ingredients.

I made this last night and LOVED it! I followed the recipe exactly. I had to cook it a little longer than 35 minutes to get the internal temperature to 180 degrees, but it was well worth the wait! Next time I will pound the chicken breasts a little thinner to help cooking time.

Love it! Top with provolone or mozzarella and marinara for great chicken parm or use a white wine sauce and capers for chicken piccata.

I loved it...very crispy. BUT I am a garlic fanatic so I tripled the amount as well as added garlic salt to the bread crumbs. No one wanted to kiss me that night lol.
