This recipe was just okay for me. The chicken baked nice and juicy but the flavor was lacking. I ended up adding bbq sauce half way through eating the chicken bc it was bland. I followed the recipe to a T.

I loved this recipe. I have always had trouble with my crust staying on my chicken, and with this recipe, it stayed on very well. I did have to modify the recipe a bit though. First, I used crumbled up club butter crackers for the bread crumbs, garlic powder instead of cloves, and grated parmesan cheese. It was so flavorable. Thank you for sharing this recipe

I made the dish exactly as directed. It tasted good, but was a bit bland. I think that in the future I'll add a pinch of salt and perhaps a little bit of Italian seasoning.

Super easy, tasty, a keeper for sure. We used melted butter rather than OO. No other changes were made. Thanx for the quick and easy recipe!

These turned out extremely moist and flavorful. For some reason I needed twice the breadcrumb & cheese mix, but the breasts were rather large. I added fresh ground pepper to the mix as well as 1 tsp basil and 1 tsp oregano. Five minutes before they were done, I covered with shredded mozzarella cheese and continued to bake until well melted. This was served over a bed of spaghetti and topped with a garlic-marinara sauce. I have found that lightly greasing or using cooking spray on the baking dish ensures that clean up is a snap!

Awesome recipe. Extremely easy... but don't tell my husband. He thinks I slaved over this one! He loved it and so did my three little girls. I love it because it was quick and easy. Definitely a keeper.

Yummy! The chicken came out incredibly moist. In addition to the chicken I thinly sliced potatoes and dipped them in the warm oil and garlic mixture then in the bread crumbs before I did the chicken) then sprinkled with a little salt. I cooked both in the same pan. The potatoes were a nice addition, my family enjoyed both.

This recipe is awsome. Everyone loved it, even the picky eaters ion my family, everyone wanted seconds. I followed some advise from reviews and let the garlic and oil sit over night in the fridge and served it with garlic mashed potatoes. Yum! Will make this over & over!

im shocked i never thought of dipping chicken in olive oil before. ive done everything fromw apple sauce to ranch dressing to even yogurt, but never olive oil. i was impressed with the garlic flavor that this chicken had. i was a little leary on wether it would be garlicky enough or not. we are huge garlic fans so i did add extra garlic. half way through the cooking time i did drizzle the chicken with more of the left over oil. this was very good and very easy.

I knew over 1700 people couldn't be wrong. And they weren't! I'm a complete fitness/workout aholic and stick strictly to a "clean eating" diet/lifestyle. Breadcrumbs and cheese are not allowed..However.. I can have one cheat meal a week and this week I happened upon Carol's Garlic Chicken. t's got everything going for it. Easy to prepare, easy and quick to cook, will not ruin your diet and it's absolutely delish. I sliced the chicken breasts in half, to reduce the thickness.. Used slightly more garlic than the recipe calls for, added oregano to the plain breadcrumbs I was using. Warmed the garlic and oil, then marinated the chicken in it until I was ready to start cooking. Perhaps an hour or so.. Into the breadcrumb/cheese mix, into the baking dish and into the oven. It came out perfectly... moist, subtle garlic taste absolutely delish...I eat fish 5 evenings a week and I'm always looking for chicken recipes to enjoy on my chicken evenings. This one has shot straight to the top of my list...Thanks, Carol : )

I bought chicken breasts and was at a loss about what to do, and this reciep saved me! I had all the ingredients in the house already. I preheated the oven and 30 minutes was definitely enough time! came out perfect, make sure you spray the baking dish with a little cooking spray. Came out great, my husband was totally impressed :) thanks.

My picky eaters even ate this! Very moist and very yummy. I didn't think it was too heavy on the garlic at all. Will make this again for certain!

My son loved it, thank you so much. I did take the olive oil, garlic, and chicken and put in a ziplock bag for about 2 hours in the fridge. I made 2 breasts, so I used 2tbs olive oil and 2 minced cloves. I mixed 2tbs bread crumbs and 2tbs parm.. just the right amount for 2 breasts.

So easy to make. I added rosemary to the garlic and sauted until fragrant and then dipped chicken in.

I love this recipe! It's easy and good. I make it once a week and even my 2 year old likes it. I make it to the letter with one small exception. I crush one large clove of garlic with the broad side of a large knife using the palm of my hand instead of measuring out two teaspoons. The skin of the garlic peels away easily -- very easy and effective. Tonight I will try it with half butter/half olive oil based on a recent review I read. I'll post the results.

Great taste, and extremely easy to make. The only reason it wasn't given 5 stars is that the coating stuck to the pan on the bottom, and was hard to remove. I'd recommend spraying the pan, and maybe even the chicken after breading. The chicken was moist and flavorful though. Will make again!

This is one of my very favorite not-a-lot-of time/energy to cook weeknight meals. I make it even speedier by cutting the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces while I'm nuking the oilive oli/garlic (about 1 min). I like it in pieces because it's quicker and it gets a little crispier! I spray the bites w/PAM before I put them in the oven. I usually spread frozen green beans on a cookie sheet, drizzle w/EVOO, sea salt, bread crumbs, and parm and bake beside the chicken. Thanks for a great recipe!!!
