This has wonderful flavor. My whole family, even the kids, enjoyed it. Its a great way to sneak spinach into a kids meal.

Orzo was a nice change to regular pasta or rice. Added a splash of sherry cooking wine, and a can of low sodium chicken broth half way through cooking chicken for more flavor and to keep the chicken moist. Turned out very nice! Comforting, but still pretty healthy winter meal. Thanks!

This recipe is very good and easy to make. I used a little garlic salt and grilled the whole chicken breast and cut it into cubes. I followed the suggestion of others by sauteing the orzo with the garlic then adding the chicken broth and the rest of the ingredients. It was not bland at all.

Sorry, I got excited about making and eating this dish, but was disappointed. The recipe is fine, but I think we just did not like the texture of the dish. It could use more flavor, a 'kick'.

A basic flavorful recipe. I opted to add a pinch of italian seasoning and a little extra parmesian cheese.

I was nervous trying this because my husband does not like cooked spinach. But he loved it as well as my 13 year old son. I didn't put the red pepper in as I am not a fan of red pepper but I did add a small onion and sauted it with the garlic. It was awsome. It works really good to use up left over chicken to.

Overall it's a good base recipe that allows for a lot of personal touches. I took the advice of others and cooked the orzo in chicken broth. The chicken was bland for our taste even with some seasoning added. The next time I make this, I'm going to try using my chicken cutlets that have more seasoning in the bread crumbs.

We really enjoyed this. I cooked the orzo in chicken broth, which really gave it a lot of flavor. I've already made this more than once!

This is a very good base recipe. I used another tablespoon of olive oil and sauted one shallot along with the garlic. At the very end I added the spinach for wilting and also a nice handful of diced prosciutto (you could also use pancetta.) We all licked our plates and wanted more!

I never tried orzo before but really liked it. I took others suggestions and cooked orzo in chicken broth which was completely absorbed so no draining. Used italian style diced tomatoes instead of spinach so that the kids would eat it and added some extra garlic which gave it a little kick. I think the chicken could use more seasoning before cooking to add more interest.

Very good. I used risotto instead of orzo noodles and my family loved this. Equally I added extra garlic, italian dry seasoning blend!

5 stars for the orzo as we grilled our chicken, and I made the pasta as a side dish. I sauted the garlic with a little onion and some mushrooms, then added the cooked orzo (in chicken broth) with the remainder of the ingredients. Great way to get hubby to eat some spinach. Will make this again and try adding chicken or shrimp.

I really loved this recipe because it was so easy and quick to make, not to mention very tasty. The only modification I made was to cook the pasta in a mix of chicken broth and water. I made this for my husband who's a chef and even he enjoyed it, he said it was light and flavorful :) I will be making this again for sure.
