This was pretty good. It had decent flavor. The key was, of course, to let it rest for awhile before frying. The breading stuck to it like glue and came out really crunchy.

Very good. Chicken stayed moist. I tripled the garlic and it still could have used more flavor. I recommend adding other seasonings as well.

Very good. Everyone loved. A little twist on just plain breaded chicken cutlets.

The chicken had great flavor and a nice crisp crunch to the skin. I was also able to use the leftovers to make a completely new meal which is always a plus.

I am going to give this 5 stars. My family gobbled it right up! I wasn't sure because I normally bake my chicken... don't too much frying but this was really good! I served with sauteed potatoe sour cream pierogies with fried onions and steamed brussel sprouts... I made it pretty close to recipe except I added some extra garlic and minced onion and some parmesan cheese in the flour/breadcrumb recipe. Thanx for the recipe... it was a nice treat!!

We really enjoyed it, but to be called GARLIC Chicken Fried Chicken the garlic needs to be more prominent. Next time I'll add some more garlic powder.

I tried this last night only w/ pork chops! It came out great - my only complaint was that they were SO greasy! I mean, I expected them to be, but they were even more than I thought. Delish though, and hubby loved them, too!

This is sooo good, that my family prefers it to the friend chicken recipe that has been in my family for years. I haven't tried this recipe with a full frying chicken yet, because my kids don't even care that they're not able to eat a leg (their favorite) and I like the ease of using breasts.

I found the recipe to be a little on the bland side. The "Garlic" in the title is misleading. I have another chicken fried chicken recipe I will continue to use.

This was great I did not change a thing I rarely find a chicken breading that let's the moistness stay inside this was great and a keeper for me and I passed it along so Kudos to you thanks for sharing this. Next time I will oven bake this I prefer that over frying in skillet. Love & Light from Oregon

I tried this recipe and it was very good. The only thing I did differently was to add a little honey barbeque sauce on top to add a little zing to it. Very good recipe. I will definitely continue to use this!
