I thought this chicken turned out pretty good. I overdid it a bit with the seasoning salt I used, so was a tad salty. How do I keep the coating from coming off the chicken? I tried dipping in the flour mixture first, then egg & then flour mixture agan. That didn't work.

Very Good Recipe! This was my first time playing with hot oil and I was impressed how well this came together. My only suggestion would be to let the chicken sit on paper towel for a few minutes so that it's not so greasy. Thanks so much!

It was pretty good. My hubby liked it a lot more than me. I used chicken legs and think it would have been better on some thin chicken breasts. Will try it again that way.

Thumbs up from the whole family-even my picky son! I doubled the flour/bread mix & egg mix because I had 6 HUGE chicken breasts-the recipe, as written, would have been just enough for all 6, I think.

This has become my husband and sons favorite meal. They both get really happy when I make this. I do follow the instructions as written and it turns out great every time. The chicken is very moist and the outside is crispy. Very good!!

It might be that I don't know how to properly fry chicken, but mine was so greasy I had a hard time eating it. Took quite a long time to make. I might try this recipe again, but if I do I will definitely bake it and not fry.

We're from Kansas, and we changed up the recipe by adding a chicken stock to the egg/milk mixture and adding chicken rub in the flour breading. Our breading came out perfectly after we double-breaded the chicken breast and we accompanied the dish with a simple rice pilaf and parmesan-garlic asparagus. Simply delicious!

Yum! I fried it in olive oil I had been letting some sliced garlic brown in and it was great. I served with Caesar salad and now have a Chicken Caesar salad combo to rival the restaurants. Thanks!

This is a fantastic recipe! A true comfort food! My fiancé and I both loved it. He just kept saying "wow, baby". I sprinkled the garlic powder, paprika, salt, & pepper on the chicken. Next, I dipped it in the egg & milk mixture. Then I coated the chicken with the bread crumb/flour mixture (I used crushed croutons). I think next time I will add more bread crumbs and maybe do 6 minutes on each side. I like a more crispy texture. Overall this is great recipe that I will make again and again. Thanks!!

Great! Tastes like Runza chicken strips to us. Fabulous flavor on the outside, and the chicken was tender on the inside. I did use Crisco rather than oil to fry them.

Great chicken. I followed someone else's review, and marinaded the chicken in buttermilk and salt, garlic and papriks for a night. They turned out very juicy on in the inside. I took these to a picnic, and people liked them, but the coating had gone a bit soft. Next time, I'll try eating them straight off the stove!
