Very yummy. Don't know what I could add to all the reviews other than this is a very good, quick and easy dinner.

My first ever fried chicken and my family all enjoyed the flavor. I do need to work out the oil temperature a bit though becuase my breading was very dark brown by the time the chicken was cooked.

The first time I made this recipe, I followed directions exactly, and my husband enjoyed it all right. The next time I made it, I added minced garlic and hot sauce (Sriracha) to the egg and milk mixture. I also added a little extra garlic powder to the flour/breadcrumb mixture. This time, my husband couldn't stop raving about it. I also used skinless/boneless chicken thighs, which takes much less time to cook. Thanks for the recipe!

This didn't have much flavor to it. Also, it seemed to make a TON of coating - way more flour than needed (and I made nuggets with 4 chicken breasts and barely used half of it). So either scale the spices way up or scale the flour way down. The batter did stick to the chicken pretty well.

We really enjoyed this recipe very much. I wish I had noticed that it was recommended that we use 2 TBSP garlic powder instead of 2 tsp. as printed, but it was still delicious. I made a chicken gravy to go with it and will defintely make it again in the near future. I think I'll also add dill as mentioned in another review. This was a quick, simple and delicious recipe.

I soaked the flattened chicken in buttermilk substitute,(1 tbsp lemon juice to 1 c. milk, for 3 hours or so before coating in flour, then egg, than spiced crumbs... be sure to use 2 tbsp of garlic instead of the tsp mistake, it makes a huge difference! also, be careful not to start with oil that is too hot, or the crumbs burn.

My husband and I just made this recipe and it was very good! I think the chicken may need to be cooked a little longer so the breading is little more crispy but other than that it was great! Thanks!

Very nice chicken recipe. I like it because it is a nice addition to a salad or with potatoes and I just personally like garlic. Will make again.

good (3.5 stars), nothing extraordinary. I made a gravy to put over the chicken. I'm glad I did because otherwise the chicken would have been too bland for our liking--we like big, bold flavours. Overall a basic recipe that can be easily altered to suit your family's taste.

Very tasty and juicy!! I cooked on the stove top for 4 min per side and doubled the garlic. I used buttermilk in place of the regular milk.

If using drumsticks, make sure to boil the chicken first to cut the fry time (thus avoiding overcooking). Very good, my family loved it!
