My sweet friend made this for us and brought it to our house and it was absolutely delicious! She used Ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs. My 4 and 2 year children loved it too! A big hit!!!

The chicken in this dish turned out fantastic even though my friend and I neglected to look at the serving size and had way to much seasoning for 4 peaices of chicken. None the less, it turned out perfectt and exceptionally juicy. We paired it with Mara's Rice, from this web page, but we found that both dishes were quite heavy. Best served with something light, like a salad.

I used panko crumbs instead of bread crumbs, which made for a crisper texture. I thought it was good but not great. My three boys loved it, though.

This was a very good recipe. I modified based on items on hand. Used an Italian Blend dry spice instead of Oregano, Salt, & Pepper. I think I overcooked slightly, 'cause the chicken was a little dry. I don't believe this was the recipes fault. Thanks for submitting! I will definitely make again.

This recipe was great! The family (even my picky 8 year old) gave it rave reviews. I will definitely make it again. I followed the recipe using an extra few pieces of chicken. Thanks!

Loved it! I didn't use any parsley because I don't have it at home, and I seasoned the chicken lightly with Goya Adobo in place of the salt and pepper the recipe calls for. I also used Progresso Panko bread crumps in PLAIN (the oregano & cheeses seasoned the panko bread crumbs.) I used an aluminum pan to bake the chicken and did not end up with a soggy bottom to it. And the panko added a great crunch, so I didn't need to use the broiler setting at the end of cooking time. Will definitely make again! Thanks Baylor66!

Liked it, I’ll probably try again but with a few modifications. I listened to some of the advices I found here and covered the bottom of the baking dish with some bread crumbs, so the chicken wouldn’t stick (thought it was better than foil, because it the foil sticks in the chicken it would be a disaster). Anyway, that worked out perfectly. I just thought the chicken was a bit dry. I seasoned the chicken like I usually do, coated them with all purpose flour, dipped into the melted butter and then coated it with the bread crumb mixture. The chicken tasted great but it was kinda dry. I don’t know, maybe I’ll try to brine it the next time, maybe it will help. I’ll either do that or bake it with tiny slices of butter in the baking dish (like I saw in another chicken recipe here).

Amazing! The chicken came out very tender and juicy, and full of flavor. I left the recipe as is, only adding some crushed french fried onions to the breading mixture. This was a huge hit with my boyfriend, so it will definitely stay in the rotation!

This turned out really well. We were pressed for time and wanted something good but fast. This was it!! I had 6 chicken breast halves, which I pounded thin. I didn't have the full amount of cheese (a cup maybe) but it was still great. We are garlic lovers so I added a bit more than called for. I think that what would have sent this over the top was to have even more garlic in the bread crumb mixture. I will try that next time! Thanks....
