I would give this a five, but I didn't have bread crumbs, and don't like to rate things a 5 when I didn't use the true recipe. That said I LOVED this recipe. We do have leftovers but completely on purpose. My only compliant abotu this is it was swimming in grease, but the chicken didn't taste greasy at all. I will ABSOLUTELY make this again. Thank you thank you thank you!!

This may not be my favorite but this is pretty good. Not a 5 star home run, but it's not bad at all. Comes in handy when you have one of those days when you are trying to figure out what to cook.

This was fantastic--even my picky eaters cleared their plates! I followed others' suggestions, using Panko instead of regular bread crumbs, greasing the pan and sprinkling a few crumbs in there first. It was perfect! We'll have this again and again!

This was a very quick and easy recipe. My husband told me it was epic. We tried it on a Friday and he loved it so much that he wanted me to make it again over the weekend. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

What an amazing recipie!! I did substitute Garbanzo Flour for the bread crumbs to accommodate our low-carb diet. My husband loved the chicken and we made it again one week later!

This was a terrific recipe. I had to substitute the bread crumbs for saltine crackers. My husband had 3 pieces of chicken for dinner! I will make this again and again!

I'm giving this 5 stars based on the amount of effort (virtually none) with comparison to the juiciness and tastiness (tons!) that you get. Kids and hubby gobbled it up and were asking for more.

I was looking for a different recipe for my same old boneless chicken breasts. This recipe was it! All of the ingredients are basics in the kitchen and they were so easy to make. Definitely a keeper!

I used this recipe for halibut instead of chicken. Delightful change of pace! Made year old halibut moist and tasty!

NICE! My husband absolutely loved these! I barely changed a thing!!! First of all, don't FORGET to pound the chicken to even thickness to ensure they get cooked in the same amount of time. **Hint: To pound the chicken--Use plastic wrap, double the size of your cutting board(lengthwise). Then place the chicken in between to avoid unwanted messy splatter.** I used panko crumbs mixed with Italian breadcrumbs for the crust with the other seasonings(omited the dried parsley). I put a little bit of flour(about 1/2 cup) into a ziploc bag with fresh chopped parsley(about a handful) and coated the chicken before the coat of garlic butter. Oh my, it turned out awesome!!!

Wow! This was so easy and delicious! My husband and 2 year old daughter ate it all up. I didn't have fresh parmesan cheese so I used the grated parmesan from a container and it was still amazing. Definitely a new staple in our house!

My family loved this. The chicken was super moist and full of flavor. I used a half stick of garlic butter, melted it and let the chicken sit in it to absorbe the flavor. I also added a little bit of chayenne pepper to the bread crumbs for a little kick.. other than that everything was the same..awsome
