Awesome, tender chicken breast that was very easy to make. Great with a salad or for busy moms or dads to cook!

This has become one of my favorite ways to make chicken. Be careful with the last step of drizzling the remaining butter over the chicken, because it can become a bit greasy! But it is still delicious!

This chicken was very good. I love the combination of flavors. The parmesean gave it a nice kick!

Love it. My entire family loves this meal. I try to ignore the fact that it has an entire stick of butter and a ton of cheese. You only live once, right?

THis was awesome!!!! I didn't have any shredded cheese so I used velveeta which didn't work to well so next time I will for sure buy the right cheese, but the flavor of the chicken was great! I will make this again and again!

We've made this recipe several times now and LOVE it! We did make a few changes, however. I use about 1/2 as much butter and only 2 cloves garlic. Also, instead of bread crumbs I use crushed seasoned croutons; it gives a much heartier crunch. I throw in some Montreal Chicken Seasoning OR Crushed Red Pepper to add a bit of a kick. Definitely a good recipe that has become a staple in our home! Thanks!!

Mmmmm, this was yummy. I liked the combination of things in the breading and it created a nice crust after baking it. Just a little dry because I forgot to drizzle the melted butter and garlic over the dish. Next time I'll remember to do that. Thanks for the recipe.

This was really good. My husband is not too fond of chicken breasts, but he really liked them this way. They stayed moist and had a great flavor. I did make a couple of changes based on our tastes and other's suggestions. I pounded the chicken to make it thinner. Then I let the pieces marinate in italian dressing for about 1/2 an hour. Next I dipped the pieces in the butter and garlic (I added more garlic as we are garlic lovers.). Then I dipped them into the cheese and bread crumb mixture but instead of adding parsley, oregano, pepper and salt, I just added 1 t of Italian seasoning to the mixture.

This was so good, the whole family gobbled it up! The kids were begging to eat the crispy cheese pieces from the pan after the chicken was gone.

Excellent! I made this for my sister and her family who needed a good dinner after driving 5 hours to get here. It was a big hit. Everybody liked it. The only substitution I made was using grated parmesan instead of fresh shredded parmesan, and it was still wonderful! The chicken breast was tender and moist and had great flavor. If you're looking for a new spin on the same ol' chicken breast this is quick and delicious! I'll definately be making this again!
