I grew up eating frozen brussel sprouts and always liked them. This is an amazing recipe and I now realize after using fresh brussel sprouts that they don't have to be bitter at all! I make them as often as I can. I don't even put butter on them once they're finished, it's not needed!

I prefer brussel sprouts roasted instead of this recipe. The bitter taste of the sprouts is more prominent when you cook it this way, and the consistency was a bit mushy. I had to recook the sprouts adding a total of 12 cloves of garlic in order to want to continue eating this dish. Normally I love brussel sprouts; this recipe was OK but I probably wouldn't cook again.

This was SO good - added a splash of balsamic vinegar and some chopped shallot. The entire table loved EVERY bite - NO leftovers this time. Thanks for a really really tasty addition to our faves.

I added some lemon juice and a little chopped onion to the pan. I also cut sprouts in half. I hate most veggies except corn and this was the first time trying brussel sprouts. I would eat these again ~ no problem!

Wow, these are similar to the brussel sprouts that are served at PFChang. I have only had it once and it is no longer available. I have been looking for a recipe that is similar. This is it!!! Love it!!! I actually made them yesterday for dinner to go along with some lemon blackened salmon. I loved these flavorful sprouts so much, I just had them again - with a few personal modifications that will transform this into a meal. Bacon, diced onion, and diced stewed tomatoes. Once it was ready to serve, place it atop some linguine pasta and top it with freshly grated parmesean cheese. Yummy!!!

Quick & easy! I added some left over chicken for a quick dinner! Loved it! I also used frozen sprouts since the fresh were twice the price.
