These were OK, but not great. I found that the garlic overpowered the sprouts and prefer a more subtle flavour with them.

These are seriously the BEST brussels sprouts I've ever had...I made them for Thanksgiving dinner last year and my family requested them again for Christmas dinner! They are SOOOO yummy and a very simple recipe to follow! Okay, and when my 7 year old son says he want these over mashed potatoes or corn, I'm sold!

This was ok. It was only the third time we've tried brussel sprouts. I just don't think anything can make us enjoy them.

These were fantastic. I even burnt them as I was busy doing something else, they were still really tasty. Even my 15 month old was eating these. Didn't change a thing with the recipe.

Great! Quick! Easy! I added a touch of honey, as I love the taste of garlic and honey.

I'm going to try and do this again, because I overcooked them and they tasted like sulfur or something. I rated this recipe with 4 stars, just because I imagine that these are great.

Merely average. Nothing really moved me here. In fact, I prefer the results I get from boiling them first, then dressing them. The flavor is better and the brussels sprouts retain more of their vibrant color. However, this is certainly an acceptable, albeit no frills, way to cook brussels sprouts.

I followed this recipe to a tee. It was quick and easy. The sprouts were flavourful, retained their colour, and were not soggy. Even my husband enjoyed them, and he doesn't care for Brussels sprouts! Will definitely continue to use this method for cooking.

This is by far the best way to cook brussels sprouts. They were very very good, had great flavor and were so tender!

In my opinion, didn't taste much different than just boiling the sprouts in water - though I did use powdered garlic, so maybe that's why?

Very SIMPLE & Very GOOD!! Enough Said :-)~!!! IF you want to jazz this up you can squeeze a bit of lemon juice on it before serving -OR- add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. But it tastes good just as the recipe is. Thanks.
